Family, Friends, & Future Patients,

Welcome and thank you for browsing our site! My colleagues and I have dedicated this page to help fund our May 2015 Nursing Pinning Ceremony. We are the last and final cohort of students from the California State University, Dominguez Hills Masters Entry-level Nursing Program (MEPN).

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge and congratulate my colleagues for being selected as the 19 students that make up this cohort. CSUDH MEPN is an accelerated, full-time, 2 year, graduate nursing program. The application process included an extensive candidate portfolio and interview among other segments. Some of you may know that nursing programs nationally, have become impacted and graduate entry-level programs are becoming far and few. With that said, admission into a program like MEPN, is quite the accomplishment.

While the program has been quite intensive and demanding, we have had little time to fundraise for our nearing academic accomplishment. Moreover, we have shifted our lifestyles of working for a paycheck, to working harder for knowledge. And so, we have also been living like “college students” meaning “student-like funds”.

Today, we reach out to our families, friends, neighbors, communities, businesses and to you; to help fund our pivotal and proud moment! We will be your future leaders in the field of nursing and guaranteed, will care for someone you know. Your donations will contribute entirely to our nursing pins, outdoor venue necessities (tables, chairs, tents, PA system, etc), decorations/backdrops, faculty awards, refreshments, and a light meal. We hope that you will consider donating! If you do, please comment or congratulate your graduate student! We are grateful for any assistance.
