2018 CIS Family Build Trip
Donation protected
Dear friends and family,
This March, the CIS FAMILY BUILD TEAM will be spending their spring break in one of the world’s most beautiful settings (Angkor Wat) doing what good we can. The CIS Family Build Team will work with alongside the local Cambodians to provide much needed support to lift a local community center from subsistence to sustainability.
Toun’s Community Center (TCC) is not a traditional community center. This community center acts as a child drop-off shelter for people who can no longer feed their children and do not want to sell them to the factories or worse. Toun’s Center provides food, shelter, access to education and love until mom and dad are back on their feet. They have kids for weeks, months and sadly sometimes years. That is where we come in, in helping the community center be more self sufficient so they can serve more needy families and perhaps even begin moving upstream to begin helping to address some of the problems that sees these kids taken from their parents in the first place.
Please support us in our efforts to help poverty stricken communities in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Your donations will go towards the sustainable projects outlined in the video above. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and if possible, please donate before March 20th.
Sincerely,
CIS Family Build 2018
