Calaveras Athletics Progam
Donation protected
To support all of the athletic programs in the Calaveras Unified School District with donations made by private donors from the athletic community, professional sports teams, business owners, friends, families and alumni.
Donations will be used to set up a 501 c 3 charity and to either fully support or supplement the athletics in our district.
The district is making cuts to funding and all of our sports programs will be eliminated if we cannot raise the needed funds. Currently this will affect over 600 students.
Sports in our elementary schools have already been eliminated.
Calaveras County is located in the heart of the California Gold Country. With its rich, colorful history, its place in literature (Mark Twain's Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County and author Bret Harte), its beautiful scenery and fantastic recreational opportunities, Calaveras County is a wonderful place to live or visit.
