Buddha Doodles Car

The other day, I was meditating on the concept of making requests, it hit me that I'm sometimes afraid to ask for help.

Buddha Doodles the comic will always be free and the sales from the online gift shop are what help my team and I dedicate our full attention to being of service.

A large percantage of my business revenue from the online gift shop goes into production, paying my assistant, monthly software fees, supplies for shipping, etc. I am able to pay myself a fair enough wage and have a little bit of a savings going.

The gift shop is only a year old, and the Buddha Doodles comic has been free for almost three years.

As Buddha Doodles continues to quickly expand, I have received an increasing amount of requests to teach, exhibit, speak, and to volunteer outside or near my little city. For example, I'm speaking at the San Francisco California College of Art in a couple weeks. It's about 300 miles from where I live. It's going to be awesome!

Being able to meet, inspire, and spend time with people in person is a necessary step for Buddha Doodles growth and outreach. While I have rented cars and collaborated on carshares multiple times, I strongly feel that putting my resources into a reliable mode of transportation is a wise investment.

One thing though: I currently don't have the resources to invest in purchasing an automobile at this time as I support the basic needs of Buddha Doodles. Even though I feel rather vulnerable asking for help, I've decided to just go for it!

If we achieve this goal together, I will see to it that the "Buddha Doodles" mobile gets a Buddha Doodle painted on it!!!!
