Brad Smith's Family Recovery Fund
On the morning of May 18, my cousin's (Drew and Jessica Smith) father Brad had a terrible motorcycle accident when his motorcycle collided with a deer around 8:15 am in Wellesley Township.
Brad was transported by air ambulance to a hospital in Hamilton, and after 2 weeks in ICU is now in stable condition. However, the accident has left him with extensive injuries.
His family has been by his side and he is showing great signs of progress, but he will have a long road to recovery.
During this recovery period there will be an increased financial burden on Brad's family due to:
- Lost wages
- Living expenses (incl. room and food)
- Flights & Travel (Jess and Adam both flew on emergency flights from BC to Ontario... Adam has returned and Jess will soon have to return home but more importantly they will both want to make frequent returns through Brad's long recovery.)
All of the money donated through this campaign will be given to Jess & Drew to cover the above expenses, plus anything I have failed to include.
