Help Suburban Legends travel to USARS Roller Derby Nationals in Tulsa Oklahoma October 25th-27th!!!
Suburban Legends is a newly formed team as of June of this year. We are a collaboration of talented women whom reside across the great state of California. Our team consists of eighteen skaters and two coaches. When we embarked on this journey together we had one goal in mind and that goal was to get to Nationals. Hard work and determination cemented our victory, which awarded us a third place spot advancing us to Nationals!
As you all may know, travel costs (flights in particular) are extremely expensive to Tulsa from the west coast. Our travel costs (room and lodging) are anticipated to be around 10,000.00 for the team for this event alone. None of our skaters are paid; any and all expenses are out of pocket. Any donation regardless of size gets us one step closer to our dream! We always appreciate the support of our family, friends and teammates! We thank you in advance for helping us achieve this once in a lifetime opportunity.
