Back Yard Productions

Back Yard Productions began as a family gathering. David, 4, had just seen Wizard of Oz for the first time. He decided to put on his version of Wizard of Oz using family members as the players. Everyone was all for it and we put on a musical on the back porch using things around us for props (tin foil, a faux fur coat, etc.). After the 20 minutes of fun came to a "No Where Like Home" end, David looked at everyone and said, "nice rehearsal."

We laughed and decided to put it on for real the next summer. Thus, Back Yard Productions - Directed and Produced by David Hap Cremean was born. We've had a lot of fun over the years and will continue as long as the director/producer wants it to continue.
