EMBRACE - the #BOPO BASH for Sheena’s Place presented by yours truly at the175!

TIME: 6:30PM until… we’re tired?
PLACE: Mahjong Bar - 1276 Dundas St. West, Toronto
I was 1 woman with an ambitious idea.
I somehow convinced 5 strangers to come on this wild journey with me.
We somehow convinced 12 MORE strangers to get naked and bare their souls #forthegram.
Now a year has gone by and we’re wrapping up the175 with a BANG. Come help celebrate the models, the crew and of course the fans for sticking by our side through this wild ride.
WHY GOFUNDME THO?
We decided to use GoFundMe instead of a traditional ticket service because they take a percentage of your ticket sales. #ShowMeTheMoney ♀️
HOW TO PURCHASE A TICKET:
Donate a minimum of $40 through this page and be sure to leave your FULL NAME so we can add you to the guest list at the door! PS. You don’t need to make your name public at the time of donation if you don’t want to, the organizer will always get this information.
WHY IS IT A MINIMUM & WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
Instead of creating a flat ticket price, we decided to do a minimum donation so that those who were so inclined, could donate more! Your ticket includes appetizers & a dope atmosphere. Cocktails and other drinks are available at the bar for an additional cost. Dancing is always free and STRONGLY encouraged!!
CAN I STILL DONATE IF I CAN’T ATTEND?
I mean, OF COURSE! If you don’t plan on attending there is no minimum donation. It’s for an incredible cause - any donation would be SO appreciated. You will be missed, though.
DRESS CODE:
It’s a Monday so… #DressToImpress, obvi.
Proceeds of our fundraiser will be going to Sheena’s Place in TO! Read below to understand more about what they do for Toronto:
“At Sheena’s Place, we offer hope and support to anyone 17+ affected by an eating disorder, as well as their families and friends, by providing a wide range of professionally facilitated support groups and services, completely free of charge. We are committed to inspiring hope, reducing stigma, raising awareness and offering meaningful help and information at all stages of recovery.
Although we are a registered charity, we do not receive funding from the government and we are not a United Way member agency. We rely solely on the generosity of individuals, foundations and corporations to keep our doors open and our programs free to our members.”
