BEyond THE surFACE music project
BEyond THE surFACE has the opportunity to record their first single in Nashville, TN.
They are in the process of raising funds to make that possible. A goal of $2,000.00 has been set; which will cover the cost of recording one song and all of their traveling expenses. Any donations that they receive above the $2,000.00 will be used to record more songs for the album. Any amount that you could donate would be greatly appreciated; above all they desire your prayers.
BEyond THE surFACE started as a vision from the Lord placed on lead singer, Kody Paul's, heart when he was only fourteen years old. The vision came to pass in 2009 when his brother, Kristopher, returned from a mission trip to Africa and became the band's drummer. Later other members were added.
The vision of the band is to reach those that the world calls unreachable; the unwanted and the misunderstood. It is also to bridge the gap between the younger and the older generations. They have fans that range in age from two to ninety-nine.
BEyond THE surFACE is a contemporary Christian Rock band, but they also enjoy leading worship at youth camps and churches because they have more time to invest in the lives of those in attendance; getting to know them and showing them that someone really does care.
They also work at Camp Jackie, a camp for special needs, throughout the year. They started helping out at the camp hoping that they could bring happiness to the lives of the kids that attend; little did they know that those kids would change their lives forever.
They would like to encourage everyone to always look beyond the surface and see the fingerprints of God.
