B.E.S.T. LAWS™
Providing
Pro-Bono Lawyers for Victims of Sex Trafficking
B.E.S.T.™
Mission: Building Empowerment by Stopping Trafficking from aiding the victim to
pursuing and prosecuting the trafficker, nationally and internationally.
Changing the World with an evidence-based model that is appropriate and
voluntary, linking the judicial systems, law enforcements, and governmental
institutes, pairing with B.E.S.T. LAWS™ attorneys, and liaising B.E.S.T.™
certified coaches from the only Accredited Program to Certify Coaches in
Trafficking providing fiduciary and ethical guidelines for victims.
The
donations given will support the unique B.E.S.T. LAWS™ Professional
Training Program to continue to provide the much needed Pro-Bono attorneys that
will then represent victims of sex trafficking. These victims need Attorneys as
soon as possible to protect their legal rights. The Professional Training
Program is key to our model which pairs a Pro-Bono B.E.S.T. LAWS™ attorneys
with a B.E.S.T. Certified Coach, from the only Accredited Program to
Certify Coaches in Trafficking, to help the victim in building a new life for
themselves. The majority of first responders, unless they are attorneys or
under the attorney-client privilege, can be called to testify against the very
victims they are trying to assist. B.E.S.T. LAWS™ assure that
victims' legal rights are protected, while B.E.S.T.™ Coaches, who are
granted attorney-client privilege, provide ethical and fiduciary guidelines for
the victims. When it is appropriate and voluntary, with the client's
explicit consent, the B.E.S.T. LAWS™ attorney and the Certified coach
obtain the victim's account to pursue and prosecute the trafficker. These
services are always free to the victim.
