#Asking Is Scary...

For This Reason Is My Story..

My Name is James (Jim) King I`m 64 years old 1/23/1958.  I was involved in a major automobile collision in June of 2018 when I hit a culvert that I did not see while pulling over on the side of the road for an oncoming police car in the opposite lane with lights flashing and smashed my face into the steering wheel, dashboard and  banged into the windshield, went airborne  and crashed into a rock wall and some trees.
I woke up in an ambulance and taken to the hospital and later released.  I was laid up for nearly 6 months ( I did work some part time despite everything) with whiplash,  a broken nose , several cuts, bruises and a tree stump that came up through the floorboard near the stick-shift  that peeled all the skin back on my right elbow requiring several stitches !
I also have symptoms of Sciatica which still is a main problem of my Motor Skills normal functions so finding a job these days has been very difficult without  transportation to get the jobs that I do I find. I`m not the same  since my accident and some days are worse than others I have 2 ruptured discs now in my neck, c-5 and c-7 and have a constant tingling sensation and numbing in my left hand fingers all down my leg to my toes 24 hrs a day.  My State appointed doctor (who has since resigned when Covid 19 came) at the time prescribed Gabapentin that helped with my mobility issues to let me work part-time yet I can`t seem to get help anywhere now since the State Helped me with funds for my Brother`s Death and past bills who I lived with. I am mentally drained and lost as to what else can do. I also have never received a single Stimulus Check ever because I missed filing Income tax for the small amount of Work I did during COVID-19 variants.
I have lived here 14 years and after 10 years never behind on rent, my landlord sold all the property and buildings. My rent was $950,00 paid weekly every Sat. morning per landlord`s request. His lease was pay as you go 1,000 security deposit with first and last weeks rent paid upfront. My new landlord raised my rent to $1,100 dollars rent per month due on the 1st and says I am now a month behind and changed my lease from June to January. Covid 19 soon arrived and work drastically decreased and my new landlord threatens to evict me every chance he sees me for being behind on rent that he also charges late fees for. He says as of 3 days ago that I owe him $4,244 in back rent and late fees and is in the process of evicting me and won`t return my security deposit because I owe him rent. I am asking $5,000 or more to hopefully stop my eviction and possible utility disconnects soon.
My Bills are Past Due now  "Asking Is Scary!"

This is what I have been going through. I am not the same person before all this happened and suffer mentally from grief, loss, depression, stress and failure. Please Share with anyone that can help me.
