Help Keep Me Safe!!!!

Hello, my name is Wendy and I am in a battle to save my beautiful 22 month old grandson. My grandson's father is addicted to drugs and goes into rages on a regular basis. After many violent fights with this man, my daughter realized that she could not keep her son safe. As a result she asked me and my husband to care for him to keep in out of harms way. However, she is so controlled by this man that she cannot leave him and wanted to bring the baby back into a home with drugs and violence. As a result, we have been forced to fight for custody of the baby. We have already been awarded temporary custody for the time being. Our final court date is in April and at that time the judge will make a final decision on where the baby will stay permanently. My husband and I are more than capable for providing financially for our grandson, however the attorney's fees are exorbitant. In addition to our attorney, because my daughter works part time and her boyfriend doesn't work at all, it is our sole responsibility to pay for the guardian at litem for both sides of the case. We have traded in our 401k's and our retirement in order to pay for these expenses but is just isn't enough to pay the fees. $3000.00 will cover the minimum amount due but there will be other expenses that can not be predicted.  I hope you will please find it in your heart to help us during this difficult time in our lives. We are very scared for our grandson and your help could make or brake our ability to keep him safe.
