Inspire Church Mission Trip
Chiang Mai, Thailand

This summer I will head BACK with a group of members from Inspire Church on a mission trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand..this time with my sister in Christ and real sister, Sarah, along from Virginia too! Hip hip!
While there, the group will be assisting and aiding the current embedded missionaries and pastors however needed. We will be equipping the people who do the salvations by offering child care, visiting orphanages and safe houses, visiting hilltribes of of those who have escaped persecution, leading worship services, offering street side outreaches, sharing testimonies, teaching the hula, encouraging children and students by showing them concrete evidence of God's love and most importantly, sharing the word of God and the love of Jesus Christ.

Ever since I left Thailand I have been dreaming of returning. The Lord has strongly called upon my heart to do missions, but mostly to serve however I'm needed for the people and children of Chiang Mai. As always I am inspired and thrilled to have the opportunity to document the journey and people of Thailand through photo + video.
| the power of a Photo
Since my first mission to Thailand last year my heart and life have been tremendously molded and softened by the holy spirit (like WHOA!). I've experienced so many mind blowing testimonies that leave me in awe of the power of Christ and have been deeply impacted by the people of Thailand. Taking small, what I though were insignificant little polaroid images of families while there made me realize not only great purpose through photography, but the sincere power and nostalgia that a photo can bring to others. I will again be taking polaroid style photos for the children and their families. Read about their impact here.

The trip pledge covers all expenses:
$1800 (round trip airfare from Honolulu to Thailand)
$ 800 (Hotel, transportation, meals, travel insurance)
$ 100 (Instax film for polaroid photos for the kids + families)
$ 100 (Camera rental gear)
$ 100 (gofundme user fees)
