I am sure that many of you have used the words "high bill" sometime in the last month. For you or I it may mean one less evening out but for our neighbors it brings fear, desperation and despair. You can hear it in their voices on the phone and in their faces when they come in. Most say "there is not way I can pay this bill!". The Ark is trying to help those neighbors before they fall behind. Our seniors have been hit the hardest as they are living on a fixed income and can not afford their bills as well.
