Arizona Paramedic Eli C Needs Your Support

Alright this is what has happened and all yours prayers has pulled Eli and our family through this traumatic event.
Sunday evening the 16th of Aug Eli had surgery from a accidental shooting.
Eli does a cleaning and ammunition rotation on his 9mm every week. He always has one in the chamber and when he took the clip out and went to pull the safety back to eject the one in chamber the safety on gun jammed, he went to force it back, his hand slipped and he shot himself in the hand.
He had surgery that Monday and it went well but there was quite a bit of damage. From my understanding the surgeon took a nerve from another finger so he could have some feeling in his pinky, but Eli will never have full range again with it. They will need to do another surgery when it is healed up to remove the wires that are holding his hand together and then will put something more permanent for support (bone graft).
He lost a tendon and some bone near the knuckle, because a hallow point bullet does major damage. He will be seen in surgeons office Friday the 28th of August. We are hoping to find out when the next surgery will be
But this will mean no work at this time. (Update later to come on when he can return to work)
With this all being said...means time loss from work, as you all know Eli is a Paramedic, we are a one income family, we have another week of PTO but after that we are trusting in God to provide and praying you all we find it in your hearts to help.
All monies will cover rent (living expenses), food, gas, doc visit copays, part of the medical percentages, and other bills. Please continue to lift Eli up in prayer for lots speed healing and recovery.
