Annabelle Simmers Fire Loss Fund
Annabelle Simmers has been the primary caregiver for her mother-in-law for a long time and on Sunday, May 3 her mother-in-law passed away. The next day, Monday May 4, around noon Annabelle's home caught on fire; trapping two of her adult sisters and a niece in the fire. All three of them died in the blaze. In addition to this tragic loss of close loved ones, Annabelle and her son have lost all of their possessions, including legal papers, etc.
Annabelle is a long-term member of Sandy Hill Community Church and we, her church “family”, are starting this relief fund for Annabelle and her family.
Their needs are great! In addition to the obvious needs such as lodging, food & clothing there is the need for long term grief counseling for Annabelle and her family who witnessed the deaths of these three beloved family members.
Our goal is $10,000 and I'm certain with the all the outpouring of love and care from the larger community this goal will be met and will all go towards helping this family to get back on their feet again.
Thanks for your support
