Alley Oop For Autism!
Donation protected
One in 68 U.S. children has an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Since 2006 my life has been changed by this disorder. That is because my younger brother Jaden was diagnosed with ASD when he was 2 years old. Having him in my life has opened up my eyes to how serious and wide spread this disorder is.
Through basketball I have made many friends from all different walks of life and have been able to share the story of Jaden with each and every one of them. There may not be a friend of mine that does not know about my bestest little buddy.
Basketball has been a great way for me to connect with people and through basketball I have educated some people on ASD who once like me did not have a clue about this serious issue.
I will be organizing a charity event with all proceeds going to the Autism Speaks Foundation.
It will take place on Sunday, April 17th at 12pm at Nazareth Regional H.S. which is located on
475 E 57th St, Brooklyn, NY 11203
It will consist of a 4 on 4 mens half court basketball tournament.
In addition to the tournament I will be selling tickets to our spectators to help raise additional money to be donated!
Thank You Very Much!!
