Camp No Limits is a non-profit organization 501 (c)(3) providing camps for children with limb loss, and education, mentorship, and support to these children and their families. As many of you know Alivia and I took a trip over the summer to Potosi, Missouri for this amazing camp and we are wanting to head back June 11th - 14th but we need your help!

I can not even begin to tell you the overwelming JOY Alivia and I found at this camp, it will be something we continue to attend as long as possible. It was so nice to see Alivia open up to others where she didn't feel that she had to hide her lucky fin and she was comfortable around her peers, her self-confidence shot through the roof and she didn't have to answer questions to other kids because they too had a limb diffrence or had a sibling or parent with one. I as a parent also received one on one time with other parents during our groups that helped to have a better understanding and that I (as a parent with a child with a limb difference) am not alone. We are still in contact with several families and friends from camp, we continue to skype with those we became close to and we are even a part of a group here in Indy. She is excited to attend next year and keeps asking when we are going back. She plans to learn to tie shoelaces and ride a bike without training wheels, which from the help of volunteers and mentors at camp can all happen!
