Help Ali Beat Cancer
My husband and I were told 2 weeks ago the devastating news no parents want to hear, "Your daughter has cancer." Ali was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma. Ali is only 3. Her doctors believe we can cure her, but it will be a long difficult road. Ali's treatment is to last for 18months. It includes 5 rounds of chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant with her own stem cells (to be harvested in January), radiation, then finally immunotherapy. Basically, any kind of treatment for cancer, Ali will get it. Of course this type of treatment with many hospital admissions, will get quite expensive even with health insurance.
