FFS Down Payment Fund

My name is Aimee and I have an been transitioning for 10 years, and have no idea how to transition. I am naive, I'm shy, even at 28 I still can hardly leave my room. I've been transitioning for nearly a decade now, it isn't going anywhere.

Even after coming out, I have under my family influences for a long time, leading me to suppress my gender expression and developed hopelessness for my situation. 

I've decided due to the large costs of gender transition, I will need to pick and choose what surgeries I can get, while I do want to get chest surgery, I have narrowed my goals to FFS only. I will try and find a way to self-pay for everything else or use insurance. 

Granted FFS is a series of surgeries, they are done in a singular operation and primarily includes brow bone shaving, trachea shaving, cheek implants, and scalp advancement. 

I developed anorexia in 2017, I lost a lot of facial fat, leaving my face very gaunt and need to surgery to replace fat loss. I need to get a trachea shave in order to pass correctly.

I need 40k to fund facial surgery with Dr. Toby Mayer, I have things lined up, but I don't have that kind of money. On top of this, recovery time is in span of about 3 months along with in-patient and travel costs.
