Medlin - 2015 Mission Trip to India

Hi, My name is Abagail Medlin. I am 18 years old and a Senior at Scholars Guild Academy. I am the oldest of 3 girls and I have very supportive parents. I enjoy drama, reading, and singing.
Over the past several months the Lord has really laid on my heart the desire to go on a mission trip. Many of you know that this past year has been especially hard on my family. At the beginning of the year my sister Ceara was in and out of the hospital multiple times. Recently Emily, my other sister, spent the week in CHOA, Childrens Health Care of Atlanta, for a virus that affected her brain. God has been so good to provide for my family and I have no doubt he will provide in miraculous ways for me to go on this mission trip.
God has opened the door for me to go on a short-term mission trip to Nepal with Cross Pointe Church on March 27, 2015. I am beyond excited to see how God will use this trip to help me grow spiritually. During the trip, the team and I will take the Gospel to people in mountain towns and villages in this remote region.
Your help is needed! This is a team project, and you are needed on my team. First we need your prayers for the spiritual battles ahead. Second, your help is needed to cover part of the cost for this trip.
The total cost is $3,500. Please consider investing $50 or $100 in this project, but of course any amount is welcome! Much of this amount is due by January 4, 2015.

If you would prefer to write a check directly to Cross Pointe Church please follows the directions below. By IRS regulation, your gift to this mission trip may be tax deductible. In order to receive contribution credit for your gift, include a separate note designating the gift for the mission trip "Nepal" and include my name, Abagail Medlin. Again, your check should be made payable to “Cross Pointe Church” and the check memo line should be left blank. Any notation in the check memo will result in no contribution credit for the gift. All gifts are non-refundable.
