Queridos amigos,
O meu nome é Miguel Marques Silva e não é segredo para todos os que me conhecem que a minha paixão sempre foram os figurinos e a cenografia. Muitos de vocês ja conhecem os meus trabalhos e puderam ver minhas habilidades ao longo dos anos. Sempre colaborei com teatro e carnaval na minha cidade natal e até fiz fantasias e adereços para muitos de vocês.
Este ano, tive a coragem de finalmente estudar e melhorar as minhas habilidades nesta área. Com muito trabalho e dedicação fui aceite na Universidade (ESMAE).
Iniciei esta campanha de financiamento para me ajudar na minha deslocalização, vou mudar-me para o Porto e as rendas não são nada baratas, e também para ajudar nas minhas propinas e custos de material para o curso. Tudo isto é muito imediato, pois começo os meus estudos em Outubro.
Esses fundos serão o ponto de partida que preciso para o processo e serei eternamente grato a todos vocês que estão dispostos a ajudar-me. Dito isto, apelo a toda e qualquer ajuda. A menor quantia será de enorme valor para mim. O primeiro passo é acreditar e o segundo é lutar por aquilo que acreditamos.

My name is Miguel Marques Silva and its no secret for all that know me that my passion has always been costume and set design. Most of you have seen some of my works and have been able to see my abilities throughout the years. I have collaborated with theatre and carnival in my hometown and have even made costumes and props for many of you.
This year, I have had the courage to finally study and improve my skill set in this amazing area. With hard work and dedication I have been accepted in University (ESMAE).
I have started this funding campaign to help me with my relocation, I will be moving to Oporto and housing its not cheap there, and also to help with my tuition fees and materials costs for the course. This is all very immediate as I will be starting my studies this October.
These funds will be the kickstart that I need to manage through all the process, and I will be forever grateful to all of you that are willing to help me. That said, I appeal to any and all help. The smallest amount will be of enormous value to me. The first step is to believe and the second is to fight for what we believe in.
I will be forever grateful for every cent. Please share as much as possible and make your donations, however small. Thank you
