Uganda Expedition

In 2018 I will be taking part in a trip to Uganda with my college. In this expedition I will experience another culture and share my own with an African tribe by living and working with them. I will work as a team to communicate with a village community association to plan and implement a sustainable development project that will make a difference.Through this I will learn to manage a budget to manage my team, of fellow class mates, itinerary and include adventure options such as a widlife safari, game viewing, rainforest expedition, chimp tracking, dug-out canoeing, mountain trekking, or river boat tours. With all these experiences that will improve my life skills, I will also be helping the local community through social projects. This is a topic that I want to carry out with through my life - including helping the communities in England (e.g. decreasing homelessness). As this is such an amazing oportunity, I would love to go. However, I cannot raise this amount of money by myself and would love some help on the way. I will be taking part in a number of sponserships activities where I will be raising money for the trip and this will be a place where people can sponser me. Every penny counts and I will be extremely grateful for each one. I am hoping to raise by July 2018 and will share my experience of the trip on my social medias. Thank you!!!
