Elijah Medical Bills

My name is Maghan Guillory. I have a two month old baby named Elijah Williams, who was born with a congenital heart defect. He has been hospitalized at The Children's Hospital of New Orleans, Louisiana since birth.

Elijah was diagnosed with left Heart Hypo plastic Syndrome. Patients with this condition have a chance of living a normal, healthy life. This is dependent on four open heart surgeries which include the following: Hybrid, Norwood, Glen, and the Fontana procedure. Elijah has had the Hybrid procedure at three weeks old and is awaiting the Norwood to be done about six weeks after the Hybrid. He has to remain in the hospital between both procedures because he is on a medication called Prostin that has to be administered through the hospital.

I am currently on an extended leave without pay due to Elijah’s condition. It is required by the physician that I am with him to make any immediate decisions and to be trained on how to care for him properly. I am seeking monetary donations of any amounts to assist with medical, travel, and living expenses. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
