Dow High Choir to Washington DC - 2015
Tax deductible
Although we cannot post offline donations, we have raised nearly $27, 000! We are currently just a few thousand dollars from our goal. We hope you can help. Every little bit counts!
The Dow High Choir has been invited to participate in the National Memorial Day Concert Series in 2015. These concerts will be held in honor of the 70th anniversary of the end of WWII and the 150th anniversary of the end of the American Civil War.
We will sing at the WWII Veteran's Memorial, participate in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery, attend the National Symphony Orchestra's annual Memorial Day Concert on the lawn of the US Capitol (the one seen annually on PBS) and much, much more!
We are so excited! But much money must be raised in the next year. Our goal is for all 45+ of our choir students, and hopefully our chaperones, to be able to travel and little to no personal cost to themselves. To this end, we are fundraising like crazy!
Any size donation will be happily received and greatly appreciated.
