Please help little Lukas be able to move his body

Imagine being trapped in a body that doesn't allow you to speak, sit up, or walk.  That is what life is like for my 5 year old little cousin, Lukas Hasan.  His parent would give him the moon if they could, but unfortunately, being born in a small village into a family with very limited means, it meant that Lukas has spent the last 5 1/2 years with limited mobility because of a lack of access to potentially life changing physical therapy.  If you are able to find it in your heart to help, please consider donating.  $5 & $10 may seem small, but can really add up to make a different.
 
A little background:  Lukas and his twin sister were born very prematurely, and as a result, Lukas developed Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy due to bleeding that occured in his brain when he was an infant.  Lukas has undergone many surgeries on his feet, hands and the muscles of his face to help improve his mobility.  But, he is still unable to speak, sit up, or walk and is in desperate need of physical therapy to help him achieve his full potential.  In order for Lukas to have access to the help that he needs, his mother and his siblings would have to move from our tiny village (population 200) to the larger city of Dubrovnik. They have very small income and are not able to afford the rent and the cost of therapy.  If you are able to spare any amount (no amount is too small!) to help this little boy gain mobility and quality of life, it would be greatly appreciated.
