Mental Health & Professional Development

I am a school psychologist in Pomona Unified School District. As a school psychologist, I strive in trying to help and advocate for our students, especially because the majority of them are in special education. As a result, we are always in big need of keeping up to date with best practices, current special education laws, up-to-date testing materials, and how best to serve our population of students with mental health needs. Being in a K-8 school, I see a big need in social-emotional supports for our students, especially students at the middle school level. 

The money I'm trying to raise would help me:
- Invest in a research-based, social-emotional program for our middle school students;
- And will help me attend professional development (which our district does not pay for)

Please help me raise this money by January 10 to ensure that I invest in these programs in what's remaining of the 19-20 school year.
