So my hearing aid died a few days ago, I've never been without one for more than a day or so. My hearing is bad enough that it is difficult to impossible to function in every day situations without it. Due to financial issues we cannot afford one right now. I am afraid that the lack of an aid will interfere with my ability to do my job.

I hate to ask, but I am desperate. We have a decent insurance plan that actually covers some. Unfortunately there is still a significant cost that we cannot manage. Anything would help. Thank you.
