Love 4 Lexi

UPDATE: As most of you know on Saturday, May 31, 2014, Alexis Quill-Kolosci was involved in a motorcycle accident with her father in Portage, IN, when a vehicle collided with them.  Alexis was flown to the University of Chicago Comers Childrens Hospital with a major head trauma.  Alexis sustained a fracture to the left frontal lobe with bleeding on the brain and contusions to her right frontal lobe which also caused her brain to swell.  Alexis also tore the tendon in the back of neck from the impact of the accident and is required to wear a C-collar for several weeks. She spent 4 days in a induced coma to help her heal and 7 days total in the hospital.  She will now have occupational and physical therapy 3 times a week for the next 2 months. While she is alive and improving everyday, we have long road to recovery and her life has changed drastically.  Thank you all for all your support in this time of need.  I will continue to keep everyone undated as we venture down the road to recovery.  This campaign is to help offset the medical and travel expenses the family will incur as a result.
