Dog hit on Highway 101 needs help!
Donation protected
This 1 year old hound dog mix was hit by a car on Highway 101, just south of Holly (so we have named her Holly)
She had a pink collar and leash still attached when hit. The Peninsula Humane Society (PHS) was called and they picked her up and brought her to Northern Peninsula Veterinary Emergency Clinic. She was treated there and spent the night and then transported to PHS. "Holly" has been there for a week and no one has come to claim this sweet girl. We are going to get her out of PHS and back to the Northern Peninsula Emergency clinic for the surgery she needs -he pelvis is fractured in 3 spots. Her caregivers at PHS says she is wonderful girl who climbs in their laps for attention during her treatments (she is unable to stand) We are in urgent need of funding to help Holly. Please help us help her!
