Billy's Brain Surgery and Recovery

As most of you know, Billy had his first surgery 18 years ago this month. Next week, he will have number 5 (June 4th). They are going to have to go in and do a revision on the brain shunt he currently has to relieve some pressure on his brain and hopefully shrink the ventricles a good bit back to their normal size. Once he has recovered from this, we will go see the next specialist to see what we can do about trying to fix the problem of the growing brain tumor. Right now they are talking about going with the least invasive route possible - radiation or laser surgery possibly. It's probably going to be a long summer but this is a good prognosis for us considering what it could have been.

Over the next 3 months Billy will be recovering from surgery, as well as undergoing other treatments that will make it difficult to impossible for him to continue to work enough to support himself and his medical bills. In an effort to support him throughout this time and make sure he does not lose his home, we are starting this fund to help cover his expenses and bills. Any contribution no matter how small helps, if you are unable to give monetarily, prayers and love are more than enough.
