Taisha

On January 8, 2020 Taisha Suarez suffered a traumatic maternal medical emergency due to undiagnosed preeclampsia, a disorder that occurs only during pregnancy/ postpartum and affects both mom and baby. Due to this condition, Taisha experienced the worst case scenario and suffered a massive subdural brain hemorrhage and stroke. Baby Soto also arrived at 25 weeks and five days because it was the only way we could find to save their lives! She is currently recovering in the nicu with the best neonatal doctors and nurses the state has to offer. Our family is in shock and overwhelmed by this sudden tragedy and we could really use more support and helping hands. Taisha also has a seven year old daughter named Gabby who is missing her mother and still needs the most stability and care in her life we can provide. I made this go fund me to assist my sister, my brother in law and nieces in anyway I can. I know we are stronger together and many of you care about them. I am asking for donations to help them cover medical/ financial expenses while my sister is on her long way to recovery. The baby also will need donor milk from the milk bank and the cost is extremely high. We understand breast milk is the best alternative, especially for premature newborns and would like to provide our little fighter with the best life possible under these circumstances. We will humbly accept donations in anyway you can help. If you can’t provide financially, we also are accepting meals for the family during our long 24/7 stay between both hospitals and groceries so that we are able to make Taisha the most healing and freshest non-inflammatory puréed food we can provide. Nutrition is crucial in her healing at this time. Taisha also loves crystals and has them charging by her window. Most importantly, all the prayers are welcomed!
