Emergency help needed!!!!!!!

My original story is below. Since this was published, my situation has gotten worse. My van has gotten worse and will probably not be able to be repaired. It now jerks underneath it when stopped and the transmission is in worse shape than before. Also, it appears that I have an oil leak and a leak in the radiator and it still won't pass smog because of the oxygen sensors. I am hoping to get a different vehicle that is dependable with no mechanical issues.

Medically, I am in worse shape than before. I had my surgery in February and am still trying to heal from it. I may need to have the surgery redone in the future. I also expect to need a different surgery within the next few months and have a nerve stimulator implanted as well. I still need the dental work done and need to have 3 medical tests done and several medications picked up that I cannot afford. I can't even pay for gas at this time.

I am disabled and on a fixed income. In November, I had my catalytic converter stolen while I was at home. After a lot of work with the insurance company, I received a settlement and bought another van that ran great. Two days later, the transmission started slipping and it won't pass smog because of the oxygen sensors. The estimate for the transmission replacement, oxygen sensor replacement registration, etc. will be about $4,500. I have no money in the bank and cannot afford this.

I also need to have two root canals done which I cannot afford, which will cost me about $6,000 even with my medicare.

I am having surgery on February 20 and must pay for that. In addition, I need to get 2 MRIs and 1 CT scan done that was scheduled over 2 months ago but had to be canceled due to having no money.

I have many other needs, but those are the major ones. Please help if you can. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
