Help Salena Be A Finisher

Hello, My name is Salena Sahme. I am a tribal member of the Warm Springs Tribes. I got into a wreck in July 2010 and I have been a paraplegia for three years and a half years but I don't let my injury hold me back from my dreams. I may not be physically able to do curtain things but I am capable to do anything I put my mind to.

I have been wanting to enter in to a marathon or join a basketball team but I never gain the courage to do it. Until now, I am entering the Portland Marathon in October, the only problem is, is that I will not be able to finish the marathon in my wheelchair. Due to going up an down steep hills, rough areas and railroad crossings. The only why that I can complete the marathon is if I ride a handcycle. (As shown in the picture)

So please help me achieve my goal to complete the marathon by making a donation so I can get a handcycle. It would make it so much easier and a lot more fun to complete the marathon. Thank You for your time, take care.
