bone and jaw surgery for my dachshund

My mini dachshund Buster got attacked by a stray dog and he broke his jaw in two places and broke his arm. We took him to our vet where we live called palm bay animal clinic and they put a splint on his arm but unfortunately the damage is so severe that he needs major jaw and bone surgery. Our lowest estimate was 5000 dollars. We do not have the money. For the surgery. If he does not get the surgery they will euthanize him. I don't think i could live with that. He is my best friend and a loving companion. Even if you can only donate a dollar Anything will help, and i will be forever Grateful.
