This is the official appeal of Association of Afghan Healthcare Professionals-UK ( Registered charity no.1150024).
Hundreds of people have been killed in a series of avalanches triggered by heavy snowfall in northern parts of Afghanistan including Panjshir, Badakhshan and Noristan provinces. Massive avalanches have killed hundreds of people and victims were found frozen to death. The sheer depth of snow buried entire homes and families.
