Send Min Jee to Nationals

Min Jee recently won a bronze medal at the State Acrogymnastics championship and has qualified to continue on to the Region 1 championship in Orange, CA in May. She will then compete at USA Gymnastics National Championship in Providence Rhode Island in June. It’s hard for me to describe to you how dedicated to her sport this girl is and she works very, very hard at it. She spends at least 9 hours a week in training and works out at home when she is not at the gym.  Even with her devotion to her sport, she continues to perform well academically, enjoying schoolwork and school activities. And regardless of her success, Min Jee continues to be a sweet and empathetic person who I am in awe of so often. Unfortunately, her sweet nature, commitment, and diligence are not enough to get her to these championship competitions; It also takes money, kind of a lot of it. Training costs and the added travel costs will be very difficult financially for our little family of two.
