Music Road Trip

For a while now, it has been my dream to convert an old van into a camper so I might travel to the remote corners of the North and South Americas to see all the places that I have yet to see.

I recently came across this van sitting unused in my neighbor's carport and asked if they were selling it, not only was it for sale, it was within a doable price range for me to purchase and convert into a viable road trip vehicle. Almost as if it were meant to be (:

My plan for this vehicle is to convert it into a stand-alone camper that would allow me to travel and stay anywhere I can drive and/or park. Doing this will allow me to more easily pursue musical opportunities in places in the US that are currently inaccessible to me (no place to stay) this would allow me to travel [semi]comfortably and to travel to these artists to work together. 

Since COVID dissolved all of my original career plans, there is really no better time than the present for me to undertake a trip like this. I feel like it would provide me a meaningful and worthwhile experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. 

As far as this Gofundme is concerned, I am looking for some financial help in addition to the money I've been saving to purchase, repair, insure, and outfit the truck for this purpose. 

I plan to document the process of fixing the van as well as keeping a travel vlog of what I see and where I go.
