Medical fund for kidney transplant

So my transplant coordinator tells me that the anti rejection drugs are very expensive which I knew already and one of the new requirements is that you have at least 3,000.00 dollars to start. One of the medications is 1,500.00 a month and the 2 others that they put you on at 800.00 each I can get some help but I will have to pay a large amount of the drugs.
Who the hell has 3,000.00 dollars we are just about keeping our heads above water now. I don't know what to do. Just a little more pressure to our already stressful life
