Help me get there, please!

My mother is dying of liver disease. I need help getting there and with expenses. I'm currently selling some of my belongings to help. If there is anything you can spare I would be so grateful. The goal is to go next week, to get things in order for my little brothers before she passes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
