Help Finn win fight against brain cancer

On March 1, 2014, Colm and Tamlyn Corr welcomed baby Finn. At 9 weeks old, on May 9, Finn underwent open brain surgery to partially remove an immature Teratoma tumor with PNET markers that was pressing against his optic nerve, pituitary gland and left hemisphere. Post surgery complications with his right eye led to a MRI 12 days later which showed the tumor had regrown and remaining tumor had doubled in size. On May 23rd, Finn underwent open brain surgery again in an attempt to remove the entire tumor mass. A complete resection was successfully performed. Finn is undergoing his 5th round of chemotherapy which will be followed by 3 bone marrow transplants to kill the remaining diseased cells. Medical expenses, even with insurance, will accrue, as Finn receives extended treatment at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Finn will require various therapies after treatment is complete. His vision has been effected by the tumor to an unknown degree.



Tamlyn, Colm, and amazing big sister, Eve have faced each second of each minute of each day with hope, strength, and a never-ending love for their son and baby brother. Tamlyn and Colm Corr have been married for ten years and live in Flagstaff, Arizona. Their daughter Eve is 8 years old. Tamlyn is a photographer, and Colm works as a maintenance mechanic at Northern Arizona University and is studying electrical engineering.
