With a heavy heart and a saddened soul, I ask you to spare what you can to ease the burden of this beautiful hurt young lady, Courtney Davis.
Bill (William) Davis, Courtney's father - and last living member of her immediate family, left this world despite resucitation efforts by his friends and coworkers.
It will be Courtney's responsibility to get her father's affairs in order despite the turmoil that she's been thrown into, and no other siblings to help share her burden or mother to cry to. Decisions such as burial, cremation, finances, and other legal matters will all weigh very heavy on this wonderful girl.
As Bill's friend, I can tell you that Courtney was the apple of his eye. Everytime he mentioned her, his chest swelled up and he exuded so much pride and love for his only daughter that he glowed like a bright light. It's the kind of pride that we all wish we could experience. One of his biggest obstacles in Bill's life was their finances, which now have multiplied and must be dealt with by Courtney alone.

Bill has been as loyal as they come, spending 25 years at Metalcrafters, Camera Ready Cars, and finally at AES. He was a logistics supervisor and was the most reliable person I've met. If he told you something would be done- you could count on it. People like Bill are very rare to come by, and the world has lost a tremendous man. There is no possible action that can repair what was lost, but you're small donation could do so very much to help daddy's little girl through the toughest decisions and hardest pain that she's had to experience, ever.
