Update: Hello everyone, with the deepest regret we are sad to say that Andre took his last breath on January 20, 2021 at 11:45 am with his mother by his side. We are thankful for everyone who donated and shared this go fund me, your kindness will not be forgotten. The money donated and future donations will go towards Andre's funeral expenses.

My name is Ofalia Wilson, the mother of 5 year old Andre Arnett, who is currently a patient at the Bustamante Hospital for children in Jamaica. He was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma/Leukemia in May of this year (2020). He did a series of chemotherapy which reaped some positive results but unfortunately, half way in his treatments in early October, he had a relapse. The doctors at the hospital tried everything they could as they fought/ and is still fighting tooth and nail with him trying to beat this cancer. As such, Andre was recommended to do a bone marrow transplant. Given the unfortunate limitations and lack of resources that we are faced with in Jamaica, this operation is not available here and as such we are in need of assistance for him to go to the United Staes Of America so that he can continue to fight this terrible disease. My family has been trying for weeks to get help in the United States, we do understand that it is very costly to do a bone marrow transplant. The treatment is over a $1,000000.00 USD ( $143,460,000.00JMD). Which we are not able to cover because Andre does not have any local or international insurance coverage. We are seeking sponsorships solicit funds to assist with the cost of his treatments. While we understand that this is a huge amount to come up with, we urge you to donate whatever you can no matter how small it may seem. Each and every contribution is important to us!
