I am raising money for my cousins Jessie Thompson and her daughter Kelly ( who just turned 16 ). The picture here is of Kelly when she was about 4.
Jessie has been diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer and it is inoperable. Jessie was all set to start treatments until she had setbacks. Jessie had a hemorrhage and was admitted into ICU. After about a week she was making progress and moved to rehabilitation. Things were going well until Jessie started to decline and was once again admitted back into ICU. Treatments have begun, however Jessie is very weak. We pray that the radition starts to work in her favor.
As you can expect this has taken its toll on us mentally, physically and financially. As long as Jessie keeps fighting we will fight with her however long it takes. At this point we would like to ask a small favor from everyone. We have exhausted a lot of our financial means over these past 5 weeks (and counting) and would be so appreciative for any kind of financial donation that you can offer. These donations will go to gas, food, utilities, internet, etc.. We need help with our day to day expenses not to mention mortgage and mounting health bills. Any contributions would be so greatly appreciated. We thank you all for your prayers and contributions.
We would like to express our sincere Thank-You to everyone for all of your thoughts and prayers. Jessie is so Blessed to have such a wonderful support system and beautiful caring friends. We still have a long road ahead of us and Jessie is still in critical condition since her last setback. It has been about 5 weeks now since she was first admitted to ICU.
