Jerry’s Farewell

We are saddened to inform you that Gerald Aleman (Jerry) has passed away on January 4th 2023.

Jerry has worked for New York City Transit for 25 years. During this time he fixed a lot of signal troubles, helped a lot of employees in his role as office manager at the IRT office and trained a lot of maintainers.

For everyone that knows Jerry I'm sure that we can all agree that he was a very kind hearted and an overall wonderful person to have known.

Note:

I would like to thank everyone for their contributions. It really means alot to know that my dad had so many people who cared. My dad always talked about his transit family and how the guys were good. He really enjoyed what he did and who he worked with.

Its bittersweet that even though my dad is not here any longer at least there is peace of mind that he is at rest and no longer in pain.

Again I truly appreciate what evervone has done for me and I will forever be grateful.
