I am Adam. I am 37 and living in CT, I was diagnosed with Stage IV Stomach Cancer last month and am just hoping to raise some money to help my family and I as we battle this disease. It isn't going to be an easy struggle but we are holding on to HOPE and FAITH.
My wife is currently taking time off from work to assist in taking care of me so I can get strong enough for treatment and give myself a chance to fight.
I am a son, brother, nephew, husband, and father of four wonderful children. I have so much to live for, but I know that my case is complicated and it is going to be a difficult journey, but I believe that God is in control and He will see me through.
