Ashley Pagano-Replace my lungs

I am a 25 year old living with Cystic Fibrosis. I played sports,  went to college and made every person I've ever met laugh. Now my lungs are just about ready to give up on me. I have been approved to get ready for a double lung transplant. My insurance may only pay for the surgery, so I have to raise money for pre and post surgery. $30,000.00 is a beginning for the needed money. I would love to have some of my favorite SNL cast do a fund raiser with me but for now I'll start here.
