We the members of Fellowship AME Church in Syracuse, NY seek your faithful consideration of partnering with us as we take a leap of faith to acquire a new church building and location to provide A New Church for a New Age in Syracuse, NY. Fellowship AMEC, also known as the former Bright's Chapel AMEC, is a ministry on the grow!
Having worshipped for the past 7 years in the fellowship hall of the University United Methodist Church, God has declared this is our season of New Beginnings! The acquisition of this new church will provide us with the opportunity to implement an out of the box approach to ministry for the people of Syracuse and surrounding areas. We are claiming as our new church home, the former West Genesee United Methodist church located at 1700 West Genesee Street in Syracuse, and we need your help!
The vision is to design a marketplace ministry approach to church planting. We are preparing to provide prime executive office suites to business men and women who will partner with this transformational experience. We are going to call this building 'The Agora Center' which in the Greek means marketplace. Our vision is to provide business opportunities and a fair market value of assorted products such as medical care, child care, optometry, educational support, music education and culinary arts.
Reimagine young families connecting with a new hutch for a new age that goes beyond Christian discipleship classes for new believers to include goods and service a that very growing family requires to live a healthy and productive life. We are confident that the acquisition of this property will cause a major paradigm shift for the family and impact the relationship between ministry and business.
We are passionately committed to carrying out the vision that our Pastor, Rev. Pedro A. Castro, Jr. has received from God. Will you be so kind as to share in the realization of this vision as one of our covenant partners. We have a limited time frame to acquire the building so we need your prompt response.
