Hi there! We're Rocky & Dave; two working chefs currently planting the seeds of a new vegetable-focused concept, named gladys (rocky's grandmother's name) , in our beautiful hometown of Denver, CO.

Our motto is plants forever; it reflects both our personal commitment to a vegan lifestyle for the past 15+ years & our professional focus to craft vegetable fare that is delicious & accessible to our community. Our mission, simply put, is create an experience for our guests that is fun, relaxed, & inclusive built on a business model that is ethical, sustainable, & empowering.

We believe Denver needs a restaurant like this, one that prizes a plants-based approach to making great food, one that champions local farms, purveyors, & artisans, one that as it grows, grows the people within its walls to become leaders & owners.

We believe in this idea! We've left our jobs, put in our savings; we're cooking, creating, & hustling trying to bring this to life & we're getting closer to finding a home for the project to take root! Any help from our community is appreciated & a powerful statement that little people united can make big changes to leave the world a little bit better than we found it- even if it's through a plate of food.
