Cole's top surgery

Hello! My name is Cole and I came out as trans 7 years ago. I would like to go private to proceed with my transition because the public waiting times to get appointments at the gender clinic are excruciatingly long.

To alleviate my gender dysphoria, I want to get top surgery to be able to feel free in my own body. For those who dont know what gender dysphoria is, this is the definition from the NHS website: "Gender dysphoria is a term that describes a sense of unease that a person may have because of a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity."

To gather a large amount of money will take a long time- a time that I cannot estimate nor afford by myself.

The surgery I would like to attend, in England, is a surgery in London, who I have asked the price of double incision top surgery, to which they replied with the following: 

"The cost of the initial consultation is £150.00.  The cost for the surgery starts from £6992.20. This may increase depending on the length of time required in theatre. 

£6992.20   2 hours in theatre      

£7652.20   2 ½ hours in theatre  

£8321.20   3 hours in theatre      

£8902.20   3 ½ hours in theatre  

£9472.20   4 hours in theatre."

As a target, starting goal, I would like to raise £7150 (this will include the minimum length of the 2hr surgery, the cost to get to London, as it is a 5-6 hour drive, and the initial consultation)
